Sometime in the distant future, the California coast line has been over-run by surfer gangs. The worst of these gangs is the Surf Nazis. When the Surf Nazis kill a black man they had no idea that he happened to be the only son of Eleanor Washington, and she want vengeance. Hilarity ensues as she takes out the gang, one by one.

This is one Troma's most popular "pick-up" films. It's one of the few films to features an old black lady as the vigilante hero. It has a good story with decent dialogue and acting. there is some good humor between "Smeg" and his mother. The rest of the movie basically consists of laughing at nazis, as they get killed. It just doesn't seem to get old.
