Uh oh! Those crazy Police Officers return, once again. This time to train a whole new batch of Police Academy Cadets. The city has to close down one of it's two police academies, and Commandant Mauser is determined that Lassard's academy will closed down instead of his.. Mean while, the new batch of trained cadets will have to take a new wave of criminals that have become a threat to the city.

Once again, one of the only worth while reasons to see this one is the characters. Not only do most of the original characters come back, but this time, they introduce some brand new cadets. Featuring Bobcat Goldthwait as Zed, who also happened to be the head villian in the previous Police Academy installment. Tim Kazurinsky also returns, but this time he isn't the nerdy victim of Zed, rather he's the nerdy cadet who is now Zed's room mate. Takashi from "Revenge of the Nerds" fame, joins the crew as Nogala the newest kung-fu cadet.

The story is still non-existant, and most of the jokes aren't fantastic. Unless they feature Sgt. Jones and the wacky sounds he makes .
