Two dorky brothers get a job working at the local funny farm. Due to some zaniness at the beginning of the movie, the two brothers are fired, but as they are leaving they notice that one of mental patients has been hiding in their car. Now they get to take care of a fat mental case.

As soon as I heard the name of the title, I knew that this movie couldn't possible be that bad. And it really wasn't. You get to see a fat guy go crazy in the city. It's pure zaniness.

The acting alright, the story is decent. It's basically a mediocre movie that was a great idea. Though I've heard that there is a seque called "Fatty Rides the Bus".
