This old guy, Van Helsing i think his name is, is keeping a watch over this building. These thiefs come in and steal a coffin, which happens to contain the dormant body of old Count Dracula. They let him loose and vampire-related zaniness ensues. First off let me point out that i like vampires in movies almost as much as i like monkeys in movies, and i like monkeys in movies almost as much as zack does. This movie failed to execute. The plot was cockamamie, especially the surprise twist at the end. The acting was poor (but what do you expect, reallly). There weren't enough deaths in this movie, and the deaths that were there, weren't cool enough, with a couple of exceptions. But, i have to cut this movie a break for having vampires. This is a mediocre horror movie. I give it...2 out of 5. |
