Wally Newton loves his Dalmation, Neechee. When Neechee is taken away by a drug dealer, Wally wants her back, and it's going to take some guns.

When I first saw the preview for this movie, I really wanted to see it. It looked like a cool movie. Unfortunately, it had poor direction, and poor acting. I hate to say it, but it could have used a bigger budget. It was a really good idea, and the script was pretty good, it was just poorly executed. The main character was one of the only decet actors.

Not all Troma movies are fantastic. Oh well.
