The dead hate the living

One of the newest zombie movies I've seen, and it also features an incredibly low-budget. In this one, the main characters decide to use a real corpse in their zombie flick, but accidently turn on a machine that transports them to the land of the undead where they are now the hunted. It's a bit lame, despite the many zombie flick references.

I was a teenage Zombie

A stupid teenager some really bad weed, and dies. Then he comes back to life, to get revenge on the evil drug dealer who sold him and his friends the bad drugs in the first place. It's crappier than it sounds. Trust me.

Plan 9 From Outer Space

In Ed Wood's most well known movie, space aliens plot to take over the world, by re-animating the dead, to take over the Earth. There isn't much to say about the quality of the film, other than it's an Ed Wood film. It's also Bela Lugosi's last film. Watch this movie, after you see "Ed Wood".

Frankenstein

There have been plenty of different Frankenstien movies, but for some reason, the one that I can remember ever seeing, was a T.V. movie called "Frankenstien: The College Years". So I'll talk about that one. Two wacky college guys, find Dr. Frankenstien's journal, and his old lab.
After resurrecting the monster, they soon become the coolest guys around. Frankenstiens gets degree in language, or some thing like that. It didn't really make much sense.

Revenge of the Zombie Two stupid, bad acting kids, who sound more monotone than Mat, use their psychic powers to bring back their father, who was killed by a biker gang. The zombie dad takes out the gang one by one, in of the more painful zombies that I've seen. Redneck Zombies In one of Troma's best pick-up films, a bunch of rednecks drink some moonshine that was made out of a barrel of toxic waste that the army dropped in the area. Although the film was shot on cam-corder, it still delivers in the comedy department. It also has good special effects for the budget that it had. The movie has it all, from the title song, called "I'm just a redneck zombie since you're gone." to the a fantastic group of characters, to scene that consists of two redneck watching a pair of breasts on TV, saying "huh, huh, I like knockers." This was also my very first Troma movie. Bloodsuckers from outer space This movie is a prime example of how not to do a zombie flick. The movie is way too self aware, and tries way to hard to get a cheap laugh. The bad effects, coupled with bad acting has caused me to want to block out most of what I remember about this movie.

Girl: We brought our daddy back to life! Boy: I have a stick Girl: our daddy will stop the bad people! Boy: I hit my head with the stick. meanwhile, in "Blood Suckers From Outerspace" a bunch of zombies eat some guy, in a way that remains unfunny.

Chopper Chicks in zombie Town

Another Troma pick-up, has a group of biker ladies, taking on a town full of zombies, that are being controlled by an evil preacher, and his wacky midget hench man. Hilarity ensues, into a movie that I thought was pretty decent. Not spectacular, but
still enjoyable.

Zombie

A young lady's father is reported missing on an island, that had been visiting, so she goes there, along with a group of friends. It turns out the island has been over run with zombies, because of
some stupid voodoo curse. Lucio Fulci directs this masterpiece, that also includes some of the best make-up effects I've ever seen in a zombie flick. The directing is also fantastic. There's
a reason Lucio Fulci is a legend.

City of the Living Dead

This is part 2 of 4 in Lucio Fulci's zombie movie series. The first movie was Zombie, and I have yet to see the other two. I picked up this one at a comic convention, but it's a bottleg, so I wasn't able to enjoy it as much as I should have. Despite poor picture quality, I found the movie to be quite enjoyable. There were some excellent scenes, including one, where a female coughs up all of her internal organs, before becoming a zombie. It's a very cool movie, if you can find it.
